“Did a drop in here and am so glad I did! The facility is great, lots of space and equipment. What really makes it is the people. Being a newcomer can be intimidating, but this place embodies the ideal CF mentality. I met coach Nicki (I think, she was coaching teens) and my class was coach Eddie. Eddie was welcoming and helpful, and the class members were stellar! Quick to help me find something, encourage me, and almost everyone said goodbye at the end. They also helped me clean up my equipment! I would highly recommend this gym.”
