Functional Movement

We focus our training around compound (multi-joint) movements.  This includes, but is not limited to olympic weightlifting,

gymnastics, kettlebell training, jumping, running, and rowing.

By performing these movements at high intensity, you'll not only improve your strength and stamina, but you'll gain the

benefits of a cardiovascular workout.  It's our goal to help you perform them safely, quickly, and efficiently.

 

Our program is for the elite competitor looking to get to the next level as well as the novice wanting to get into shape.  The CrossFit regimen that we employ is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
