Posted Strength
is a pure strength program designed to get you stronger.
Whether your goal is to increase your squat, dead lift, or press this program will help. The program uses proven methodologies to increase your overall strength. If you've hit strength plateaus or just want to get bigger and stronger Posted Strength can get you there.

 

How Posted Strength works:

Commit to a 4 week minimum program
Not meant to be mixed with CrossFit classes* during a 4-week cycle
Posted Strength is 3 days a week with *1 optional CrossFit class per week
Begin the program at the start of any week
Warm up with the regular CrossFit class
Document your progress on the sheets provided
Regularly review your progress with the coaches
There is no additional fee. Standard membership rates apply
