In 2012 I decided to change my bad habits and unhealthy lifestyle to good habits and a healthy lifestyle.  This happened for me with the help of yoga.  During my yoga certification I found CrossFit. It was the opposite training style from yoga, but they balanced each other out so well.  While making a sequence for CrossFit athletes, I take into consideration the alignment and movements the athletes use with the 10 General Physical Skills; Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.  Taking these movements into consideration for class helps rejuvenate and restore the muscles. Working with different types of yoga such as: restorative, vinyasa, stretching, foam rolling and meditation.
