At the suggestion of Coach Jason, I decided to try CrossFit as a way to fill the gap left after years of competitive athletics.  I walked into CrossFit Posted with little idea or expectation of what I was getting myself into, but can without a doubt say that after the first few on-ramp classes I attended, I was all in.  Not only was this a methodology of fitness that I had never experienced before – new movements, new workouts, and constantly changing – but the approach towards attaining results was a lot more fun and effective than your standard gym routine.  To date this is the most engaging atmosphere and community to help me achieve my fitness goals I have found, and I’m excited for the opportunity to leverage my experience to benefit others.
